RETURNS
Returns may be initiated within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund, or within 30 days for store credit. Items sold at a discount of 50% off or more are eligible for store credit only.
Items must be unworn and have all tags attached. Reach out to us at hello@neranese.com with your request, and a shipping label will be provided to you. A return shipping fee of $8 will apply.
Please ship your return within five days of receiving a label or the request will be cancelled.
Once when we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed, and 5 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? No problem! We offer free exchanges for the same style in a different size, pending availability. Reach out to hello@neranese.com with your order number and size request, and a no-cost label will be sent to you to swap.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders. Additional options and shipping rates based on location will appear at checkout. To see rates, add the items you'd like to your cart and then enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost. You do not have to provide any payment info in order to see the shipping cost.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days and shipped via the shipping speed of your choice at checkout.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed with expedited shipping are prioritized and sent out same day if received before 12pm PST on a weekday. If you need to receive your order quickly, please select an expedited shipping option when checking out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all international shipping, orders will be processed within 1-2 days and shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited® service.
International orders are shipped Delivered at place (DAP) (also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Any duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you place an order for international shipping, we will contact you via email to confirm your willingness to pay any taxes upon receipt. We require an affirmative response to this email before shipping your package, and will not send your order until we hear back from you with a confirmation that you accept the possibility of any customs and duties and will pay them in full. If we do not receive your response within a reasonable amount of time your order will be cancelled.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
